Piarla is a beautiful mermaid who lives in the deep waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Her father, King Lightning, and her brother, Prince Nody, rule over the sea life and command an army of fish. During the fishing seasons, the King of Morocco sends his fleet of boats to harvest loads of fish from the ocean. One day, while the King is on the upper deck of his royal boat with his entire family, Prince Salah, who is looking wistfully at the foam of the waves, is dazzled by the reflection of a beautiful young girl with ebony skin.
